It's holiday today, because EDSA is celebrating it's 30th anniversary (people power revolution). Mabuhay ang mamamayang Pilipino! I hope that our country will be more progressive in the future, God Bless the Philippines!!! Like what i said, it's H-O-L-I-D-A-Y! And i know some of you are planning to see and bond with your friends, am i right?
So, Today's blog will be about "Bucky's counter cafe"
About Bucky's - They're address is 169 Aguirre Ave, Parañaque, Metro Manila. Open Daily (except tuesdays) from 11am - 8pm. This cafe is perfect for those people who really loves sweet foods. WARNING! Their place is very photogenic, so don't forget to snap your camera before leaving. hahahahah!!
Schedules: Open Daily : Monday-Sunday (except tuesdays) 11am-8pm.

About the Foods - "Take the Flight - Tasting portions of any 3 flavors & warm milk" (Bucky's)
When my friend rica asked me "Ander, what's your order?" I'm like "...........? hahaha". So to sum-up, I ended up ordering the same food and surely I didn't regret it. We ordered this set because the employee suggested it and he told us its the best combination. - Damn right!!
This set includes one glass of carabao's warm milk and three tasty bucky's (160 pesos). But first, Whats a BUCKY?
Bucky is - NOT a brownie according to the cafe, confusing right? Me: IT LOOKS LIKE A BROWNIE TO ME. So what's the mystery behind the name bucky?
According to Chef Miguel Vargas, A Bucky is a cross between a flourless chocolate cake and a fudge brownie. "If a flourless chocolate cake and a fudge brownie made some babies, it would be called a bucky." (Chef Miguel Vargas)

This guy right here is my amigo Jeremy Bucud. He's fun to be with. He's not into pictures and he's always SHY-WARMA, SHY-KIRA, SHY-EEP AND SHY-IT hahahaha!! But this fella actually knows how to make us laugh, when it comes in showing embarrassing photos of us. - Great job Jem!!! Keep it up!!! hahahahaha!!!
